Fitness Equipment FAQs

Is a home gym better than a piece of fitness equipment that only targets one body area?

That is completely up to you. Home gyms do allow you to work out every part of your body, but they are often very expensive and take up a lot of space. Equipment that only targets one thing can be much smaller and cost less money. Besides, if there is a specific part of your body that you want to target, you might be happier with the specialized equipment’s results.

Do I have to buy fitness equipment in order to get in shape?

No, actually. You can get in shape no matter what. But fitness equipment makes it so much easier. You can focus your efforts and get faster results by using some kind of workout equipment. You can also easily do exercises that would be extremely difficult without the equipment, but still get the benefits.

If a lot of people are going to be using a piece of exercise equipment, should I buy commercial strength?

Buying commercial exercise equipment ensures that you have equipment that is made to stand up to a lot of people using it on a regular basis. It may be more expensive than regular fitness equipment, but there is less chance of you having to replace it or fix parts on it.
